On the 31st of December 2023 all Scanpro units connected by Firewire connection will become end of life. If you are one of these clients with a Firewire machine, click on the link below to find out your upgrade options.

Firewire to USB upgrade
Firewire units can be upgraded to USB 3 connectivity. This requires the machine to be sent to IANZ workshop for the upgrade to take place. The upgrade includes a new main board which will allow the machine to be connected via USB and therefore bringing the following benefits:
- Faster data connectivity
- Support available for the machine
- Software updates and upgrades available
Upgrade to new Model
In some circumstances it is preferable to upgrade to the new model of Scanpro. Each site is different and there are many models to choose from to get the right solution for your site.
