We recently engaged IANZ to organise a local technician to service our ScanPro 2000 microfilm scanners. Throughout the process Mark’s communication was extremely timely and clear. The job was completed to our satisfaction by a very efficient and knowledgeable technician. We will definitely use IANZ in the future for any further servicing requirements.
The ScanPro upgrade was a very easy process. Mark at IANZ took the hard drive back to his workshop, returned it to us personally, and trained us in the new features, as well as followed up via TeamViewer to ensure we were happy.
The new features have the capacity to enhance areas of poor quality old newspapers which have been copied onto microfilm and are difficult to read. This adds a huge overall attraction giving better quality print and better visibility when reading.
We are excited to be able to copy pages as the ScanPro reel moves automatically and save these pages to a preferred device. This feature together with many other valuable improvements ensures we will be happily using our new upgraded ScanPro for many years.
Thank you Mark!
